The company Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide is starting to sell a new model of the Yukon MPR Mobile Player/Recorder. The device features extended internal memory (160 Mb), high-capacity battery (1400mAh) and 2.5 inch display. The Yukon MPR has Quick Recording function which enables you to start video (and sound) recording within a second even if the unit is off. The video recorder is supplied with a replaceable battery cover with a clip to attach the unit to a waist belt for more comfortable use. The Yukon MPR has a set of cables to connect it to any Yukon or Pulsar digital device. Further information about the product is in the catalog.

From October 11 to 14, 2012 Yukon Advanced Optics will present the latest innovative products at the international exhibition “Arms & Hunting”, Moscow, Russia, dedicated to the products with hunting, defense and law enforcement application.

On May 31st-June 2nd annual general meeting of the Kazakstani arms association “Koramsak”, uniting 33 out of 94 companies owing a license to sell hunting weapons, took place.

Within the meeting representatives of the famous weapons companies – Cometa, Beretta, Blaser, cartridge seller RUAG (Norma, RWS etc.) spoke with presentations. Yukon optical devices were presented by Head of the marketing department who visited the meeting on invitation of the official distributor of Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide in Kazakhstan, member of the Association “Koramsak”, LLP “Azimut Trade” (Karaganda).

Presentation of the company focused on practical acquaintance of the audience with company’s new and current products. Particular attention was paid to day optics especially popular on the market of Kazakhstan. The audience was especially interested in the binocular with laser rangefinder Expert LRF 8x40, rangefinder Extend LRS-1000, day optical sights Craft. Night vision devices and thermal imaging scopes also have a serious growth potential due to new segments (such as protection of perimeter of hunting farms, poaching combat etc.). The meeting was attended by representatives or Russian and Kazakhstani mass media.

On March 9-12, 2012 Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide took part in the traditional trade hunting show “IWA & Outdoors Classics” (Nuremberg, Germany).

Our company presented a wide range of new Pulsar and Yukon products and prospective developments due to launch shortly. Yukon new products included a new model of roof prism binoculars - Point 10x56, three models of optical sights Craft 4x32, 7x50, 8x56, digital riflescope Photon 5x42.

Among Pulsar new products were: digital attachment for a day sight Forward DFA 70, continuation of digital riflescopes series - Digisight N750, company’s first thermal vision devices – monoculars Quantum, and first NV digital monocular with built-in laser rangefinder Recon LRF. Also we showed an advanced version of the well-known Gen.2+ NV riflescope Phantom with a black and white image featuring better contrast and sharpness.

Visitors of our booth were able to test new products and receive all firsthand information on the use of NV equipment.

A demo program showing performance of Yukon devices was updated and completed with new products. The program shows how different optical devices operate in real conditions. The programme is currently available in the “Customer Support” section, “View Through the Device” tab both in online and offline versions.
